- Return deadline and conditions <About canceling your order>
Please contact us by 8:00 AM on the day after the order date to cancel your order. When doing so, please be sure to include the name of the person who placed the order and your order number.
As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations after 8:00 AM on the day after the order date. Thank you for your understanding.
If you wish to change your order, please contact us by 8:00 AM on the day after your order.
<About returns>
Returns due to customer convenience will be accepted within 5 days of the product arrival date.
Please note that we will not be able to accept any requests for returns or exchanges after that date.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us using the inquiry form and state your order number and the details of your request for return or exchange.
