Whole garment refers to knitwear that is shaped into a three-dimensional form without cutting or sewing.
Each garment is knitted using a special knitting machine to fit the shape of the parts. Generally, when cutting fabric into parts, excess fabric is inevitably generated, but with WHOLEGARMENT, almost no material is wasted, making it an environmentally friendly manufacturing method. The knitting yarn is made from recycled PET polyester, making it even more eco-friendly. What's more, it is lightweight, soft to the touch, has comfortable stretchability, and is durable enough to be washed at home.
The front panel of this vest is made of flat jersey knit. The trapezoid shape is deliberately used to create a slimming effect. Waffle knitting, which is highly elastic and flexible, is used from the sides to the back. The waffle-like, three-dimensional weave traps a lot of air, making it highly insulating and ideal for chilly seasons. The armholes are wide, so you can layer it with anything from woven shirts to thick cut-and-sew tops. When layered with a jacket or other item, only the flat knit part is visible, giving it such a chic impression that you won't even realize it's cold weather clothing. It's lightweight, so it's a useful item to carry in your bag to help regulate your body temperature.
