<About canceling your order> Please contact us by 10:00 AM on the day after the order date to cancel your order. When doing so, please be sure to include the name of the person who placed the order and your order number. As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations after 10:00 AM on the day after the order date. Thank you for your understanding. If you wish to change your order, please contact us by 10:00 AM on the day after your order. <About returns> Returns due to customer convenience will be accepted within 5 days of the product arrival date. Please note that we will not be able to accept any requests for returns or exchanges after that date. |

If you wish to return a non-defective item, please return it to us within 5 days of receiving the item. Please note that shipping costs will be borne by the customer. However, returns will not be accepted in the following cases: ・Products used ・Products that have been scratched or damaged while in the customer's possession ・Products that have been processed, remodeled, etc. by the customer - We will bear the cost of replacing defective products that have lost their product labels at the time of delivery, or products that were delivered in error. |
Defective Products | If you find a defective product, we will check our inventory and replace it with a new or equivalent product. Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that we will not be able to accept any returns or exchanges after this date. |
