<About canceling your order>
Please contact us by 10:00 AM on the day after the order date to cancel your order. When doing so, please be sure to include the name of the person who placed the order and your order number.
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after 10:00 AM on the day after the order date. Thank you for your understanding. If you wish to change your order, please contact us by 10:00 AM on the day after the order date.
<About returns>
We will accept returns for reasons of customer convenience within 5 days of the date of arrival of the product. Please note that we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges after this date.
Return Shipping Fee
If you wish to return a non-defective product, please return it to us within 5 days of receiving the product. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. However, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
・Products used
・Products that have been scratched or damaged while in the customer's possession
・Products that have been processed, remodeled, etc. by the customer
・Products that have lost the product label at the time of delivery
We will bear the cost of replacing defective products or products delivered in error.
Defective Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will exchange it for a new or equivalent product after checking our inventory.
