Notice regarding delivery suspension during summer holidays
We apologize for any inconvenience, but regarding deliveries during the Obon period, please be advised as follows:
Closed during Obon holiday: August 11th (Friday) to August 16th (Wednesday)
The final shipment before Obon will be on Wednesday, August 9th, for orders placed by 10:00 a.m., which will be shipped on the same day.
Orders for which payment has been completed after that date will be shipped sequentially from Thursday, August 17th onwards.
Please note that customer service will also be suspended during the closure period.
